About Us

The coordination of gender-based violence (GBV) risk mitigation is jointly led by CARE and UNICEF on behalf of the inter-agency community, with oversight from a dedicated reference group, the GBV Guidelines Reference Group. Our work focuses on strengthening capacity, developing practitioner-friendly and innovative tools and resources, and conducting annual surveys to identify gaps and needs in GBV risk mitigation efforts.
